Undergraduate Students Admission Practices and Its Relationship with Students’ Academic Performances at Madda Walabu University, Ethiopia, East Africa

The main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between undergraduate students’ admission practices and academic performance at Madda Walabu University. participants were 233 first third-year students who selected from 13 Programs. A mixed Research method employed analyze data collected through Questionnaires, Interviews, Documents. T-tests correlation coefficients performed see differences based on their selection process. result revealed that there is a significant positive practice performances This determined one factors impeding learning University enroll into different Therefore, expands understanding interest aptitude are among influencing performances.
